Having led the business development processes of some of USHG’s most notable and successful innovations, Richard addresses audiences on business concept development, new venture criteria, and restaurant design.

Danny, his restaurants and chefs have earned an unprecedented 28 James Beard Awards, and in 2015, Danny was named to the TIME 100 list of the Most Influential People in the World. Danny’s first business book, Setting the Table (HarperCollins, 2006), a New York Times bestseller, examines the power of hospitality in restaurants, business and life. An experienced speaker and panel participant, Erin enjoys addressing audiences from a wide range of industries on organizational health, workplace culture, and the central role that trust plays in sustaining great workplaces.

Sabato ensures that USHG’s family of award-winning restaurants has the strongest possible tools to achieve continuous operational improvement and growth in alignment with USHG’s culture of Enlightened Hospitality. A certified Master Sommelier and seasoned restaurant professional, Sabato enjoys sharing his expertise in concept development and restaurant operations and management.
Susan holds a Ph.D. in Management and Organizational Behavior, and is the founder of USHG’s Hospitality Quotient, an organizational consulting firm. She enjoys addressing audiences from a wide range of industries on the power of hospitality as a sustainable competitive advantage. Susan’s previous engagements have included Citibank, TEDxBroadway, and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society
