Executive Sous Chef at Union Square Events

Meet Rosie! She’s taken on various roles at USHG since she 2001, when she was an Extern at Union Square Cafe. Through the years, she worked her way up at Blue Smoke to Catering Sous Chef and then, after a brief stint as a Broker, she returned to USHG as a Sous Chef at Union Square Events in 2017. In late 2018, was promoted to Executive Sous Chef.
