Central to our business philosophy at USHG is the question: “Whoever wrote the rule?” Our innovative spirit has taken us to new frontiers that transcend the restaurant industry, including hiring practices, workplace culture, guest experience, and leadership. We draw on our experience as innovators in the hospitality industry to extend what we’ve learned beyond the walls of our own company.
Union Square Hospitality Group executives enjoy addressing Fortune 500 companies, trade organizations, non-profits, universities, and other audiences on a range of topics.
