That’s the combined time our team of partners have put into USHG. And though each one brings their own particular talents and experiences to our company, they share a passion for our business and the humility required to be effective leaders who know how to listen.
A couple of us have grown up with USHG. Others gained valuable experience elsewhere and have come on board to see our company’s spectacular growth over the last ten years. Our leadership team is motivated by common values, and we’ve seen how the virtuous cycle of Enlightened Hospitality has paid off for everyone who comes in contact with our company: our employees, our guests, our communities, our suppliers and our stakeholders.
And we’re constantly thinking of what’s next for our company—how to balance risk and opportunity while opening the door for USHG’s next challenge.
